Team Ireland in preparation for WBC

Team Ireland is set to participate in the 2025 World Butchers Challenge in Paris. The team, comprised of Jim & Bernadeta Murphy, James Etherson, Mark Williams, Ger O’Callaghan, and Paul Hamilton and Irish judge Dave lang. They have been training diligently every other Sunday since January to prepare for this esteemed butchery competition. We send our best wishes to them for their preparations.
