With over 40 years of extensive experience, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Previously serving as the president of the Dublin Master Victuallers Association, he played a vital role in its merger with other organizations to establish the ACBI. Liam has successfully managed his own business and holds accreditation as a trainer. He has shared his expertise in butchery skills with apprentices at the College of Marketing & Design and through the ACBI Skillnet program.

Brendan's role is in finance and administration. Initially trained as a butcher in 2007, he has since held various managerial positions and operated a thriving shop for 12 years, during which he received multiple accolades for his products. Brendan is particularly passionate about costs, efficiencies, and business management.
