2026 National Irish Steak Challenge Now Open for Entries

The 2026 National Irish Steak Challenge, in partnership with Fire Restaurant and sponsored by Bord Bia, is currently accepting entries.

This year's event will feature a panel of expert judges, with all entries prepared by Richie Wilson, Culinary Director of Fire & Sole Restaurant and Co-Chief of the World Steak Challenge.
