Craft Butchers please note there is a new format for this competition.

The regional competitions are set to take place at the Irish Agricultural Shows:

• Southern entries June 7th at Clonakilty Agricultural Show
• Eastern Entries June 28th Flavour of Fingal (Newbridge House, Donabate)
• Western Entries Aug 2nd Claremorris Agricultural Show
• Northern entries Aug 3rd Castleblayney Agricultural Show
