The Food Safety Authority of Ireland would like to present the 'Breakfast Bites’series of free expert talks for food businesses offering access to information on everything from starting a food business, through to labelling requirements and food safety practices. It’s a new resource for current owners and managers, as well as those thinking of setting up a small food business. The first Breakfast Bite focuses on the regulatory requirements for setting up a new food business in Ireland and takes place from 8:00am to 9:30am on Thursday 16th May at the FSAI’s offices in Dublin.
Over the coming year, the Breakfast Bite series will provide expert advice across a range of topics of interest to small food businesses, including food labelling requirements, food safety training for staff, traceability and best practices for food safety.
