FOOD & HOSPITALITY IRELAND (incorporating SHOP2013)

Craft Butchers will feature at FHI in the RDS in September. On the 18th, we will reveal the SHOP of the YEAR winners and also will stage the final of the National Sausage & Pudding Competition. On the 19th we will have the Speciality Foods Competition with competitors from all over the country.
