C.F.Gaynor and Absolutions join us this year for the first time as Partners in Business. Long term sponsors of the Sausage & Pudding competition National Food Ingredients and Blakes Ingredients also join the scheme..

CF Gaynor will sponsor the Young Butcher competition and also the Shop Profile' feature in the Craftbutcher publication.We also expecr to organise a series of events with Cormac and the team at CF Gaynor.

Dr Donal Hughes of Absolutions will contribute a regular column in each issue of the publication on hygiene, and other compliance issues. The first article on labelling is in the current issue.
