A Draft document of the type required is enclosed with the material sent by ACBI. What you need to do!
Read the document and amend it with the relevant changes for your business (pay rates etc)
If you send us the details ACBI will produce a revised version for you . (We can provide an electronic copy on disk or email that you can amend yourself)
Give it to your employees. Provided it contains only the information in the ACBI draft you do not need agreement to the document; just give it to them to comply with the legislation.
If you introduce additional terms for current staff these may need to be agreed . But new staff who accept appointment do so on the terms you offer at the time.
Keep a copy.
